EVerything Is Under Control

Baltimore City is experiencing a sharp rise in killings, as of May there have been ooooh 115 or more. A gazillion shootings, too many to keep track of, and crazed homeless people stabbing the elderly while busying themselves with purse snatching. Crazed homeless people killing one another, yada, yada, etc, etc. The interim Mayor states things are fine and the Police Commissioner said something about adultery.
