Car-napping B-more Style

Reports are coming in: Don't park your car too long in our beloved Charm City . No no! Resident or no. There seems to be some issue with it being "carnapped" ending up hostage at the City Impound Lot. Its bad enough you lose your ride to a 48 hour parking rule and pay in the hundreds for its rescue...but why on earth must the car be stripped of its dignity and your property too?

On the other end we have those cars which get towed by the police for driver infractions, stuff "like driving your own car" in Baltimore City, State of Maryland. These cars too end up molested with missing parts and property.
